James- Greener Surfboard

I chose the "Greener Surfboard". I think it's pretty cool because surfing in itself its a "green" activity, but they have found that the material which traditional surfboards are made of, is not environmentally friendly. It's toxic and the materials just sit in landfills. In this project, you make your own surfboard which is made of epoxy board and a special foam that is all recyclable. It uses a stretchy bamboo cloth rather than the traditional fiberglass cloth. I think I will probably use illustrator for my poster design. I want to play up the "green" aspect of this project and make it look clean/fun.
